7. Costs

If you choose our company, total cost of incorporation of a company in Panama will be 850.00 US$, and it will include the following:

• Copy of the notarized Public Deed, whereby the corporation is constituted, duly registered in the Public Registry of Panama.
• Translation into English of Articles of Incorporation.
• Articles of Incorporation duly authenticated by Apostille.
• Two "transfer of shares" documents signed by subscriber of Articles of Incorporation.
• Minutes` Book
• Certificate`s book with ten (10) blank share certificates.
• Stocks' Register Book duly certified according to law in force.
• General Power of Attorney included in Articles of Incorporation, that authorizes a specific person to act on behalf of the corporation. (If requested)
• Original Certification from Panama Public Registry stating the existence of the foundation.
• Official receipt for the annual franchise payment or corporate tax payable on the first year of incorporation.
  
  

Addittional Services

• General Power of Attorney: If you require the general power of attorney in a private document, authenticated by a Notary Public in the Republic of Panama, and duly authenticated by apostille, there is an additional charge of US$100.00 for this process. The person whose name appears on the General Power of Attorney will be able to act and sign contracts on behalf of the corporation, and so on.

• Nominee Directors Services: If for privacy reasons you want to preserve anonymity, our office provides the service to appoint the three directors/officers required by Law, for an additional charge of US$300.00 per year.

One year of Incorporation

After every completion of one year of its incorporation, the company must pay the following:

• For the annual franchise payment or mandatory corporate tax to continue operating, the corporation must pay the amount of US$300.00
• For our legal fees, the amount of U$150.00
• In case our company provides services for the nominee board of directors there will be a charge for the amount of U$300.00.
