Visas and work permits
Any foreigner that wishes to come to Panama may enter the country as a Tourist, but this visa is only valid for a three (3) month period which may be extended for three (3) more months. This is in accordance to the type of activity that you will be doing in Panama whether it be investment, residence, or if you intend on making constant visits, you will need a visa that accommodates to your needs and conditions.

Hb-Realty, legal department will take care of advising you in everything, including the transactions and attaining the visa with the Dirección Nacional de Migración (National Direction for Migration), and inclusively if a work permit is required, the transactions and attainment of the work permit with the Ministerio de Trabajo (Ministry of Labor)

Contracts, corporative and property advising
When you purchase a property in Panama, it must be subject to a contract which must be inscribed in the Public Registry of Panama.
